Yes, but you must provide a valid prescription from a registered South African healthcare practitioner. You can submit your prescription via WhatsApp photo or bring it in-store. We cannot dispense Schedule 4 or higher medicines without a valid prescription.

Yes. We offer a chronic medication management service where we will remind you when your medication is due and have it ready for collection or delivery. Ask our pharmacist to register you on our chronic programme.
Over-the-counter (OTC) and Schedule 0-2 medicines can be purchased without a prescription. Our pharmacists are available to advise on suitable OTC treatments.
We will notify you via WhatsApp if any item in your order is out of stock. You can choose to wait for stock, substitute with an alternative or receive a refund for that item.

Yes! We stock a wide range of gym supplements, vitamins, health foods and wellness products alongside our pharmaceutical range.
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for incorrect or damaged products. Opened medicines and personal hygiene products cannot be returned. Please contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return.
Refunds via EFT are processed within 3–5 business days of the return being approved.
