Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Laxmi Pharmacy website and any purchases made through our WhatsApp ordering system. Laxmi Pharmacy & Medicine Depot is registered and operates in compliance with South African law and the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).

2. Products & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to stock levels.

• Prices at the time of order confirmation are final

3. Ordering

Orders are placed via WhatsApp and are subject to confirmation by our pharmacists. An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Prescription Medicines

Prescription medicines cannot be purchased without a valid prescription issued by a registered healthcare practitioner. Laxmi Pharmacy complies fully with the Medicines and Related Substances Act 101 of 1965. Presenting a false prescription is a criminal offence.

5. Delivery

We offer free delivery within Lenasia and Lenasia South. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect product delivered
• Damaged product upon delivery
• Product recall by manufacturer

Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Medicines that have been opened or partially used cannot be returned.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos and design is the property of Laxmi Pharmacy & Medicine Depot. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Laxmi Pharmacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
